SYM Opened its New Site

On April 12th, 2016 SYM held the opening ceremony for its new site in Meisheng-Chuanggu Technology Park, Shenzhen. SYM Chairman and CEO Guan Guofeng and Vice CEO Wang Yuhui unveiled the new office. Over twenty guests from healthcare industry, clients, partners and SYM management attended the ceremony. 

The new site is located in Meisheng-Chuanggu Technology Park, Bao’an District, a hi-tech incubation park in a strategic zone for the future development of Shenzhen, providing an enabling environment for the business. Covering an area of 4,000 m2, the new office houses all technical, management, and administrative personnel of the company. SYM broke ground on the site in November 2015.

SYM has a longstanding track record. Established in 1995, SYM has been leveraging its strengths in medical innovation to improve patients’ wellbeing. Today, certified as National High and New Technology Enterprise, SYM boasts of multiple patents based on independent research and development. 

Since 2016, SYM and its new management team has embarked on a strategic transition from a simple manufacturer to an innovation-driven, technology-oriented medical incubator, expanding its specialties from cardiovascular products to neurosurgery products while increasing its international cooperation. 

Looking forward, SYM will continue playing an active part in medical innovation and R&D to provide specialized, integrated and high-quality products for patients and professionals at home and abroad, and to facilitate the development of medical device industry.
